The inquiry forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred timing or location, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. The site also records the page from which the inquiry was sent.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply, discuss availability, prepare a proposal, deliver requested services, and maintain necessary business records. They are not sold or added to a newsletter.
Website operation and security
Hosting and email-delivery providers may process limited technical information to serve the website, deliver inquiry notifications, and prevent abuse. Short-lived, one-way identifiers may be used to limit repeated form submissions. This site does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor-tracking analytics.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry and client records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. You may ask what information is held about you or request correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
